3. Refunds
- Faulty or Wrong Products: We only offer refunds if the product you received is faulty, misleading, or incorrect. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide an unboxing video showing the faulty or incorrect product. Once the video is verified, we will process your refund.
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at chiragsachdeva.24@gmail.com and provide details of the issue along with the unboxing video.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
